Refund policy
We want you to be absolutely delighted with the products that you purchase from Capsmith. All our products are inspected, carefully packaged and shipped out in padded envelopes.
In the unlikely event of an issue, please contact us so that we can sort it out as quickly and as painlessly as possible - we do not want any unhappy customers.
In the event of agreeing any refund, all customers are responsible for the cost of all postage and duty - this will be deducted from any refund agreed with Capsmith. Until safe-receipt, the customer is also responsible for ensuring that all returning packages are insured to cover the retail cost of the products that they are returning, should they go missing during transit - we suggest either Royal Mail recorded delivery or tracked postage.
